Hello and Happy 2024/ 2025 enrollment!

A note to our clients and prospective clients about 2025 Health Insurance changes:

First, some MAJOR changes to the Medicare marketplace, Part D is dropping it’s deductible and raising it’s premiums.  If you have Medicare, we suggest you book an appointment with us after filling out a short Scope of Appointment form online here:  Medicare Insurance Quote Form – A+ Smart Health Insurance Agency (smartsummithealth.com)  You may want to review the costs of Part D or, review your needs for Medicare Supplement vs. Medicare Advantage now that the cost of Part D is going up.

Second, Individual Health Insurance Rates remain steady.   We don’t expect much fluctuation in rates this year which is helpful to those who enjoy their plans and wish to remain as they are.

Small Group Rates are also staying steady with slight increases.  We can always shop the rates for you if you would like to compare your options.

A note about Select Health, they offer a network that encompasses UCHealth (Anschutz) and Children’s Hospital doctors.  This could be life changing for many people who have needed to choose between two carriers for two separate family members and now can protect their finances better with one single policy.  Let us know if you need this coverage for your family.

And finally, same as previous years, we found that the longer appointment times were still appropriate, so we have continued with the same 45 minute time blocks for clients with reviews needed.
